Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon and your Stylist strive for perfection every time. Your Soaked In Bleach stylist may or may not use an assistant during your appointment. Virgin hair, previously color-treated hair and especially “box-colored hair” all react differently. Plus, depending on the time, amount budgeted for the service and the condition of the hair, the Stylist will do all they can to achieve the desired outcome of first appointment. Appointment time & amount budgeted for the service are a factor to keep in mind. Depending on the ultimate goal of the client the stylist will do everything possible to achieve the desired outcome. Please understand some goals and having great hair takes time and care.. Having immediate one day transformations can be challenging, take time, patience and continued care. Depending on the existing condition of you hair, some styles may or may not be possible. We thank you for having patience during this process. A Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon stylist will always favor on the side of keeping your hair safe and healthy. Please remember that achieving great hair also means having healthy hair. Achieving your dream hair may take several appointments.
Failure to follow the guidelines set by Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon can potentially result in the rescheduling/cancellation of your appointment.
A minimum of a 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the service to the card on file. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the services to the card on file.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Do NOT wash your hair prior to your appointment. Especially those who are planning on obtaining a Global Bleach Out, it is recommended, at a minimum of 2 days without washing, 4+ days is ideal.
Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon and each stylist strive for nothing less than perfection. We highly recommend booking your appointment on a day without time restrictions or other commitments to allow ample of time and care provided to you, without interference. Please keep in mind that each stylist at Soaked In Bleach is one person. For project appointments, please come prepared snacks and/or beverages to drink along with any work you may like to get done or any form of entertainment during our time together – this includes your chargers for laptops or cell phones. Please avoid snacks and beverages with a strong aroma. People in the salon may have allergies.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Please be on time. We understand that there can be unexpected matters that may lead to tardiness, however please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 20 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Please know that your photo will be taken to either document your hair journey and/or to be posted for marketing and advertising. .
It is highly recommended that EACH client remove and store their shirt in the changing room and put on a smock. This way Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon can guarantee that there will not be any clothing damage. Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon and the Stylist will not be held responsible for clothing damage if your shirt was not removed.
After a consultation both the client and the stylist/salon have full discretion on whether to move forward. Either party may cancel the upcoming or current appointment and/or refuse service, for any reason.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Please Follow the guidelines provided by your stylists. The general recommended aftercare of your hair is as follows:
Wash your hair less frequently
Use cool water when washing
Use a color safe shampoo
Use blue or purple shampoo every few washes for at home ashy color maintenance
Use a hydrating conditioner
Use a hair mask once a week or every 2 weeks (optional but recommended)
Use leave in conditioner
Use hair oil
Use a wet brush
Brush hair starting from the bottom, working your way up.
Do not use extreme heat temperatures with hot tools.
We will be also selling hand selected aftercare products that we believe would be best for you in our website and salon.
THINGS TO NOTE.
Please note a color correction is a specialty service and therefore is treated as a one time appointment. If subsequent appointments are made for additional work then they will be subject to additional service fees per appointment.
If you are getting any type of extension please be aware that due to the tension caused from the beads and/or even tension on the hair there is a minimal chance that slight hair loss may occur. Please remember that adding anything to your hair will take time for your body to adjust and please remember that you are gaining new hair through extensions in exchange for (potentially) very minimal temporary hair loss around the pressure points. Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon does not require the use of any specific type of hair extension company. Soaked In Bleach uses many different companies for their hair extensions, always providing you with the best products we seem to fit your needs.
REFUND POLICY.
Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon does not issue refunds. At the same time Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon and each stylist at Soaked In Bleach strives for 100% satisfaction. We know that doing great hair and having a great experience is the key to happiness and success. If there is a problem with the color or cut, our policy is for you to notify us within 7 days of the appointment to the stylist that performed the service and they will fix it at no charge. Free reparations are provided, if you follow our guidelines given. Soaked In Bleach Boutique Salon has the right to consult first and discuss with you regarding the appointment. If you are looking for additional services that weren’t discussed in the consultation then this would be an additional appointment and may come with additional fees.
